A creative collaboration with Alexander Ruth for the BA womenswear Central St.Martin College graduate show and the press show. The idea for the collection came from "Waiting for Godot", the legendary tragicomedy play by Irish writer Samuel Beckett. To match its minimal aesthetic and the destructive touch on the fabric and the garment construction, a new approach to pattern cutting was made for footwear. The horizontal cut for the toe part was introduced on the fine sheepskin leather upper. The heel is covered by mohair knit fabric. Handmade by Min Song.
